Waterfall Cardigan & Maxi Skirt Combo

Waterfall Cardigan

In my opinion, the best cardigan for a maxi skirt is a flowy waterfall style one. Give it a try, I think you'll like it :D

Asalam alaikum sisters, please i need help. over ramadhan Alhumdulillah i started wearing hijaab to the extent not caring about the security gaurd who i was so scared to face one the first day to work with it on. I know im pathetic!!!! and all he did was smile at me while i justified my scarf to Ramadhan. i then overcame the nursey workers when one asked me; oh mummy your wearing a scary, i joked back oh my hair is wet, just coving it till it dries, i knowwwww im stuuuppppiiiddd!!!

my family think its a phase and it is temping to take off as a very close wedding is coming up, but i really want to see this through InshAllah.

ok here's the problem; in the morning the hijaab is drapped and feels secure with pins etc.. after a few hours it looks pathetic its all wonky, hair slipping out, i really look like a mad muslimah, i feel embarresed.

please is there any product in a hijaab market or range that is secure, like velco types i dont like the really tight wrapped face hijaab look. just a stylish way to wear it. im getting to a stage where im thinking of giving up. i was out shopping today and happened to catch a glipmse of myself in a mirror and i just did not know where to look.

thanks so much

Jazakallh

great selection! I love waterfall style, but never wore it since am not sure how it gonna compliment my hijab. I thought it'll make some additional volume to my chest. But its pretty and I wanna give it a try.. :)

Naheed: Aww your comment made me smile, it's great that you have decided to wear it m/A :) I would advise you to search 'hijab tutorials' on YouTube - there are many on there so you are bound to find a style that is right for you.

I remember when I started wearing it I would use undercaps and LOTS of pins to keep it secure. Now I don't use caps or pins because I learnt how to make the scarf stay put. That was mainly through watching tutorials and experimenting with styles.

Good luck :)

Sishi Semet: Lol, yes I see your point. I guess if your bust isn't huge this style should be OK :)
